We received a call from Brian Warren regarding Santana’s trip. Brian was extremely happy with how Santana handled a situation that occurred during the trip. He said it was reported to him from Sonya, the tour guide for the ghost hunter group, that her and other passengers were being harassed by a man calling them witches and other things. She said Santana placed himself between the man and the women and yelled for him to leave the women alone. Sonya was very impressed and appreciative of the actions and definitely would book with us again and request Santana to drive for her groups.

Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work with Seville a couple of times serving one of our corporate customers traveling into Middlefield & Orwell. Seville drives nice & smooth. He is very personable. He is both a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to be around. He has helped me serve the customers repeatedly with good suggestions, and has an impressive ability to "thread the needle" in how and where we park the motorcoach for the customer’s safety and convenience when loading or unloading. The bus has always been clean and comfy. The customer we serviced together has very much appreciated our teamwork and I just wanted to reach out to you to thank you for his professionalism, charisma, foresight, wisdom, and passion for serving the customer with a sincere smile! Last night, Seville Barnes, your wonderful driver, escorted 46 of us to Cleveland to the Quicken Loans Arena. He was the perfect driver for our mid-seventies age group. He arrived a little early and was the most kind and mannerly driver I have ever seen. This was our church group's first time using a chartered bus so the whole experience was quite new for us. Seville checked the times with me, told us exactly where he would be parked, and in all ways put us at ease. The bus was lovely, the seats very comfortable, and the interior spotless. Many folks in the group said afterwards that the whole trip was a delightful experience and one that they would not have done without a bus. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

Just a note to tell you that Tom Dickson did a very fine job for us yesterday. I know, I tend to write to you when things go wrong…so today I decided to send you a note and let you know that things went very, very well. I will share with you that when I heard that a Tom Dickson, someone I had never heard of, was driving for me on Sunday, I thought, OH NO. Not again! Why do I always get these new drivers who do not have a clue? Not the case this time, and I sincerely want to thank you for all that he did yesterday. He was an extremely professional and knowledgeable driver. Here is just a little of what I liked. • Arrived at the church early and shut the bus down so it would not interfere with the worship service. Then, he started it when the service was over and passengers were boarding. • Knew exactly where he was going (had read my operational itinerary), but was not sure if Mon Ami was on the right or left side of Route 53. He actually asked me! • Was so very good with my senior passengers. Got off the coach and helped everyone on. He interacted with the passengers, very friendly while loading and unloading. At any rate, I just wanted you to know how pleased I was. Much thanks.

Rosemary and Bruce did an excellent job on the St. Francis Washington D.C. tour (Saturday-Monday). Typically this is one bus and Rosemary and I have done this group for several years. This year the group was larger so we did two buses. Bruce fit in with the group perfectly.
